Pre-Liberation Qualities:
- 1st Impression: None.
- Location: Head, behind eyes, throughout the top of my head.
- Substance: Foggy.
- Temp: Body temp.
- Color: Gray.
- Movement: Ever-so-slight, wavy, drifting movement; very gentle. No force or pressure.
- Sound/Voice: A whisper, "I am worthless. I am invisible."
- Misc: None.
Pre-Liberation Thought Patterns:
- I am invisible.
- I don't count.
- I have no value.
- I need to make a difference; to fulfill my purpose.
- I want to hide.
- I have to remember who I am.
- I should believe in myself.
- I don't have many interactions with others – I am under a blanket!
After Liberation,
this feeling became
"Peace"
