• Movement: A fluttering, and a weight.
• Sound/Voice: "I feel heavy, weighted down." Groaning, complaining.
• Misc: None.

Pre-Liberation Thought Patterns:

• I am lost.
• I can't change.
• I don't have the tools I need.
• I need help.
• I should do something.
• I rely on other people to do things for me.
