Pre-Liberation Qualities:
  • 1st Impression: With sickening, creates motivation to lock up into get on with it.
  • Location: Front surface of whole chest, paper thin – if I stretch out my chest, I can break it.
  • Substance: Like that laminating contact paper.
  • Temp: Kinda cold/tingly.
  • Color: Red, translucent.
  • Movement: Contracting.
  • Sound: Like the sound of Silly Putty when you stretch it, but not so crinkly.
  • Misc: Tastes like strawberries.
Pre-Liberation Thought Patterns:
  • I am constricted.
  • I will try to take a deep breath, do a stretch.
  • I want to be better, have more experience at this.
  • I have to take a deep breath.
  • I ignore people, try to make myself feel less nervous.
