Liberated Qualities:

• 1st Impression: Expanding.
• Location: Whole body, out to skin.
• Substance: Light gas, "uplifting," fills me up.
• Temp: Body temp.
• Color: Yellow.
• Movement: Gentle expanding.
• Sound: The "ding" sound of a tightly blown-up ball.
• Misc: I feel like a hot air balloon; this is expanding me. There's a continuous supply, slow, that gets transmuted through the deformation of the neoprene (complete) into light.

Liberated Insights:

• I am calm because there's no more stress.
• I'm being filled from inside.
• I will not stop doing whatever I'm doing – I want this to continue.
• I want the process to keep going on.
• I want them to keep looking at me; that's how I can keep on giving this off.
