Pre-Liberation Qualities:

• 1st Impression: A black hole of hate.
• Location: Heart and gut; chest area; dinner-plate size.
• Substance: Dense solid.
• Temp: Room temp.
• Color: Black.
• Movement: Steady contracting/constricting force; strong. Also, the whole thing is growing, expanding outward.
• Sound: Uugh, groan – let down.
• Misc: Makes me feel kind of scared. Related to heebie jeebies.

Pre-Liberation Thought Patterns:

• I am in pain.
• I cannot breathe very well.
• I want to take a deep breath.
• I am guarded around people: "I'm looking at you while you're talking, but I'm hating you while you're doing it."
• I hate feeling like this.
• I hate, e.g., the teacher who said I did it wrong.
