Liberated Qualities:

• 1st Impression: Less thick, lighter, wants to be able to flow, get translated into actual communication; this is about truth, seeing things as truths, looking at the actual issue at hand.
• Location: At first, in my core, flowing up to my mouth. After liberating trust in intuition and fairy planning, this opens, extends, to be totally connected to now, the world around me; flowing in through my feet, out through my hands, in/out through my head.
• Substance: Liquid.
• Temp: Room temp.
• Color: Blue, translucent.
• Movement: Calming, meditative; circulating clockwise looking from front; then circulating from the world, through me, and back out.
• Sound: Validating, appreciating the now – a quieting lack of sound, a way of being present.
• Misc: Goes along with simple me; almost like it flows with the blood.

Liberated Insights:

• I am whole right now;
• ...therefore I can move through time in the way that feels right and maintains the wholeness ;
• ...because I don't need anything that I don't have;
• ...therefore I want to savor the glorious wonderfulness that's around me.
